The MSX305 Series is a range of sectioning machine from Leco that is designed for sectioning huge samples of various types of materials with the use of an automated oscillation and a servo-pulse sectioning. The device is suitable for samples such as induction-hardened parts, through-hardened tool steels, carburized pieces, and the like. It has a manually adjustable Y-axis table with 100 mm of travel that gives a smooth sample positioning and parallel sectioning.

The MSX305 Series has a solid steel construction with a spindle that can function up to 350 mm wheels. It is integrated with a 115 L built-in coolant tank with coolant fluid level gauge and a sealed 400 x 400 mm T-slotted table with large sectioning compartment.
